  • Material Consultation: The materials offered by our suppliers are evolving rapidly — and unfortunately, end customers are often unaware of these developments. Our project consultants will recommend suitable ecological materials for your projects, either over the phone or in person at our showroom. This ensures that you always receive the latest and most innovative products. We also place a strong focus on sustainability — both in terms of the product and the price.
  • Print File Check:
    Your final print files are thoroughly checked by our graphic designers before printing and, if possible, corrected. If you encounter any issues while preparing your files, you or your designers can contact our prepress team at any time.
  • Print File Preparation:
    If you don’t have your own graphic designer, we’ll be happy to take care of it for you. This can even help you save costs, as our designers usually know exactly how to properly prepare print files for optimal results.

Materials for Digital and Large Format Printing

We offer a wide range of high-quality materials specially suited for exhibition construction, event printing, and large-scale advertising applications:

PVC Tarpaulins & Mesh Banners:
Durable, weather-resistant materials for both indoor and outdoor use. Mesh fabric provides wind permeability and lightweight properties.

Textile Prints & Backlit Fabrics:
Stretchable textiles for frame systems, ceiling banners, and backlit advertising displays. High-resolution sublimation or UV printing ensures brilliant colors.

Self-adhesive films & panel materials:
High-quality films for wall and floor applications, vehicle graphics, as well as printed panels such as aluminum Dibond, Forex, acrylic glass, and rigid foam boards.

Paper and Poster Printing:
Printing on high-quality papers for posters, city-light posters, roll-ups, and exhibition displays with razor-sharp resolution.

Magnetic Films & Changeable Graphics:
Flexible printing solutions for modular trade show booths, interchangeable advertising surfaces, and presentation systems.

CUTTING
AND FINISHING

Using a CNC cutting plotter, your printed materials are precisely cut into shape within seconds.

The machine doesn’t care whether you want your poster in a DIN format or a star shape. Your imagination is the only limit — and the material width is also freely selectable, as most materials can be joined in multiple strips using various finishing methods.

The following materials can be machine-cut:
  • Paper
  • Cardboard
  • Fabrics
  • Leathers
  • PVC tarpaulins
  • Foam boards.
  • Rigid foam boards* (e.g., Forex), also available with engraving.
  • Sandwich panels
  • Acrylic glass* (e.g., Plexiglas), also available with engraving.
  • Aluminum composite panels (e.g., Dibond)

*The maximum material thickness is 21 mm.

Our production team prepares your fabrics, banners, and tarpaulins for long-term use with hems, welting, weighted hems, or rubber lips upon request.

The following finishing techniques are offered:

Hemming:
The material (usually fabric or tarpaulin) is folded over on all sides and then sewn to ensure high durability. All fabrics and tarpaulins processed by us are hemmed as standard.

Eyelets:
Eyelets can be incorporated into the hem of PVC tarpaulins for hanging purposes.

Pole Pocket:
The material (fabric or tarpaulin) is hemmed with a hollow cavity. Using the pole pocket, combined with a rod, rope, or weighted hem, the printed material is stabilized and retains its shape. This reduces the formation of wrinkles. Suitable welting material for stabilization is available upon request.

Cross Rod:
Inserted into the pole pocket, it tightens the textile, reducing wrinkles.

Welting:
For displays with a welting rail system. The welting is sewn onto the printed material and can be easily inserted into a welting rail on the display.

Rubber Lip:
Specifically designed for fabric display systems with aluminum frames. The rubber lip is sewn onto the fabric and then secured into a specially designed groove in the aluminum profile.

Hook and Loop Tape:
The classic Velcro fastener; sewn into the material. Available in black or white, and in widths of 2.5 cm or 5 cm.
